Estimation of Structural and Optical Parameters of (Mg, B) co-doped ZnO Nanoparticles

چکیده

Zn0.98-xMg0.02BxO nanoparticles with various dopant ratios (x = 0.00 - 0.05 increments of 0.01) were grown by using the sol-gel technique. The samples synthesized and X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, optical reflectivity, dispersive analyses used to obtain structural, electronic, properties, respectively. Williamson–Hall procedure was utilized structural properties. energy bandgap particles extracted from absorption spectra found be ranging between 3.23 eV 3.28 decreasing boron concentration. minimum dislocation density δ Urbach Eu maximum Eg obtained at 1% B refractive index calculated Moss’s model 2.3 a value suggests that these materials can useful for infrared applications.
